Sarathi Development Foundation which started this project in November 2009 with UPSACS towards achieving the goals of preventing and reversing the growth towards HIV/AIDS free India. The major strategies adopted for achieving this goal are counseling and clinical services, peer education system, Behavior Change Communication (BCC), creating an enabling environment and establishing linkages with other HIV services.
